Cristina Talacko is Chair of Coalition for Conservation – C4C – which she describes as “a fast-growing movement of mainstream Coalition members who support greater action to address climate change and other environmental challenges.” She is a strong advocate for climate and energy solutions within the Liberal Party and the Coalition and is therefore a natural ally for CCL and our Building the Centre campaign. (See her SMH Op-ed from December 2019). As a businesswoman, producer of allergen-sensitive foods, co-owner of an organic foods chain, Cristina is actively caring for the environment. As an active member of the Liberal party and Secretary of the NSW Energy and Environment Policy Branch, Cristina is effectively ‘building the centre’ and moving our parliament to a place where effective policies can be enacted.
